(not dated) Henry Massam, died at the Hospital at Louisville ID. He had been a patient in the Hospital for the past two months. He was well-known and respected in Kensington and vicinity as he conducted a farm there previous to his removal to the West. Mr. Massam was about 68 years of age. His surviving brothers and the sisters reside in the far West. The burial was at Walla Walla Washington.

01-26-1929 Joseph P. Patenaude, one of the oldest pioneers in Caribo, and cousin of the Honorable E. L. Patenaude, died at Williams Lake, Quesnel, near Vancouver BC, aged 88 years. Deceased was born in Ormstown PQ, in 1841. He is survived by three sons, S. H. Patenaude, of 150 Mile House, Alberta, Albert J. Patenaude, of Horsefly, Ernest J. Patenaude, of Ormstown PQ, Mrs. Patenaude predeceased her husband 15 years ago.
